Not really heavy but the water sloshing adds a multiplier of difficulty for sure.

One big circuit

Squats with slosh pipe back and zercher x 20- 45’ back raises with 25# x 10- standing cable ab crunchs and pauloff holds x 10- calves x 10-neck x10 for 4 rounds.

30 seconds heavy bag 30 seconds(45 skips)
jump rope… 60 seconds heavy bag 30 seconds (60 skips) jump rope x 2.

10 min brisk walk. All in these shoes. Haha
