Yesterday was pull. Basic back bis traps

Today was push.

Close grip bench with fat grips.

225 plus green elite bands for sets of one (speed) x 4

225 set of 5 x 2

135 plus bands x 16

Sadly true…I worked with a bunch of old folks over the years. Some would eat whatever… they’re all dead (at a younger age). Some would eat very little and precise; they told me “I’m eating to live not living to eat”… they lived a long healthy life.

It all makes sense to me now.
 
Yesterday was a basic squat day…up n down got some blood flowing abs neck.

Today was upper circuit got blood flowing.

Last training session until late next week. Going on vacation to see mom n dad as they turned 80 this year.

Leaving Thursday.
 
First training since back from 2k mile round trip vacation.

Light pull to get blood flowing. Felt good to move around.
