10 x 3 didn’t even sit up between sets except between 5 n 6. 10 seconds rest.

Belt squats med stance atg x some weight 30-30-20 something-almost collapse due to bambi shaky legs.

Rdl/hip thrusts against elite heavy band 12, 12

Abs

Limp around yard. Legs are smoked.
 
Yesterday was a 15 minute walk with baby girl and guard corgi.

Today was push

Regular close-ish grip bench press 225 3x5 quit

Close grip 135 x 20 as fast as possible… rest 10 seconds then 8 reps almost failure

YTW’s and triceps push downs x bunch x 2 rounds

Finally feeling better today

Straight bar lat pull downs pro/sup 4x12-14

Rows pro/sup 2x12-16

High pull shrugs 2x12-14

Biceps abs stuff

Warm up 10 reps for each plate up to 4

Strip set 10 reps each plate 4 p’s x10 3p’s x 10 2p’s x 10…. 30 reps for two rounds

Rdls and abs 3 rounds

Hobble round yard for a few minutes
 
Push

Dead bench with speed as focus single reps med width and total hand release after each rep. 10 seconds rest between each rep didn’t even sit up. 10 reps with 185

Close grip pausing about 4 inches off chest for a 2 count. 135 x 15

Face pulls YTW’s tri push downs 3 x bunch

Abs n neck

Walk around yard with a chatter box and guard corgi 10 minutes
