Well Last night (Friday) was a major fail. Rookie mistake in diabetic world. I had a protein shake with a tablespoon of peanut butter and banana at lunch… noonish. I had leftover scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and sausage for supper. About 8ish last night my blood sugar was crashing. It’s a feeling i hope y’all never have… I started eating…2 reeses cups and peanut butter granola. I went to bed with a belly ache and feeling like a bag of hammered azzholes. That hasn’t happened in over a year.
No training today. Lugging 60# bags of mortar and tearing stuff up around the house.
