Well Last night (Friday) was a major fail. Rookie mistake in diabetic world. I had a protein shake with a tablespoon of peanut butter and banana at lunch… noonish. I had leftover scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and sausage for supper. About 8ish last night my blood sugar was crashing. It’s a feeling i hope y’all never have… I started eating…2 reeses cups and peanut butter granola. I went to bed with a belly ache and feeling like a bag of hammered azzholes. That hasn’t happened in over a year.

No training today. Lugging 60# bags of mortar and tearing stuff up around the house.
 
Like the log. I will say with tbol I always got hypo really bad and could never get a handle on it.

No carbs for 8 hours and taking my meds at 5 like clockwork is no bueno!!!

I DO know better.

I have not started the tbol yet. Kind of getting prepared.

Blood pressure is good

Labs are goodish…clamp down and get my a1c heading in the right direction (during holidays)

Both big coffee makers in house are down. Using the little one. No bueno

Septic is backed up big no bueno

Todays training

Pulldowns with straight bar 4x12

Rows with straight bar (high medium low on upper torso) superset with my version of a partial high pull 3x12

5 sets of curls with light triceps

Abs and neck between sets for active test.
