Belt squats 4x12 with 4 wheels (45s)

Strip set 12 reps…strip one wheel and replace it with a quarter…12 reps…strip quarter…12 reps and so on…rest was to strip a plate. It took 5 minutes.

Calves and abs afterwards.

I’m crippled right now.

Under advisement from a very trusted friend. I’ve started the tbol today a couple of hours pwo @25mg. I’m going to take it every day for a week or so to assess tolerance and adjust from there.

It’s an interesting piece of equipment. I’ve implemented a box already…went competition wide, mid and close stance all with great success. I also use it for my calves.

I will say i agree. The yoke bar was 15 years ago or so and now this belt squat thing. Should keep me moving for a long time.

I would live belt squat as any way to work legs without putting strain on back is ideal for powerlifting training

That’s what I thought I knew a guy that had two of em cool dogs would drink bourbon and whisky with him here is that corso 14 weeks 75 lbs that an 8 yr old by him in blue to get an idea of how big it is

Those corsos get gigantic and fierce looking but are supposed to be extremely calm and great family dogs.

First one he had was all business he didn’t play around it died this one is way bigger but you can kinda tell the lights are on but no one is home. But it’s a playful good dog so far
