My last labs ldl was 134… down from 196.

My diet doesn’t fluctuate all that much. It’s orals that always wreak havoc on my lipids. Even though I take tbol only 3-4 x a week on training days, it still elevates my cholesterol. Simply cutting out tbol dropped it 60 points.

Here’s part of my last labs. The handwritten stuff was from 90 days prior to these. I posted them here under lab work.

That has to be your total cholesterol, I mean I hope that’s your total and not just LDL. Either way, what’s the plan?

@Ripgut

Not pressuring you and you absolutely don’t have to but posting your lab’s would help. Redact any private info to include doctors name. You very well could get some advice that may save your life.

That’s my docs concern on the beetes and cholesterol.

My a1c and/or lipds improve… my renal function improves.

It’s all tied together. The general public doesn’t see that very clearly. They think I have diabetes. Then my kidneys went bad. Then. Then.

It’s a system. Each part of the whole. Which hormones fit into the sum of all the parts. Which is why when we manipulate in a big way… we see big consequences.

Well said! When I miss my meds and have too much sugar floating around in my veins… my eyesight goes south in a big way.

I’ve got a few personal canary in the birdcage signs. Hyper is my eyesight… hypo is my hands shaking.

@Ripgut this stuff ain’t no joke.
