ok…update from 2nd show…

1st in Heavies! back to back wins there! This was a great show. I came in harder and way drier and I’m glad I did because the competitors at this show both men and women seemed like everyone had their conditioning on point. Everyone was good good!

When it came to the overall I didnt’ pull it off this time around. The Super Heavy was too much for meto overcome. I spoke to several judges afterwards that made the same comments that on side shots and 1 back shot I was able to out perform him, but going head to head from the front there was just no matchin his size. He was a good dude to talk to after the show as well and I came to find he had about 25lbs of stage weight on me. He was a tank and had great conditioning. So… I see where I need to improve and i’m in the process of putting my plan together. I did weigh in 2lbs lighter this week at 222.0 on the nose. I’m figuring that theres no real way I’m going to be a heavy come time for nationals so I’m going to need to put on some significant size and then when i DO cut that I bring my hard as nails conditioning. Thanks for all the support guys. Now its time to grind and grow!!!

I believe from reading that you took 2nd place at your second show. This is still amazing brother.

I believe that your plan is going to take time but is your best bet train hard pack on mass then cut like a starving animal lol 😆 I believe that you know what I mean.

Go for the MENT brother and pack on the mass then cut hard with possibly just a cut mix of test tren mast.

I believe that those compounds plus a massive clean bulking diet with huge amounts of protein and carbs with good fats and that MENT will blow you up your already extremely huge its the only compound I believe that can do what you’re looking to do brother.

Its so deserved I’ve followed your log like a hawk and you kick ass and take names during your training and ive seen your pictures so the proof is in the pudding your so dedicated I can even read it in your posts.

Hey Guys- 4 Days out right now… This prep has been brutal. Wanted to shoot a quick update to you guys even though I haven’t been updating my training log. Just know its been brutal. 50 min fasted cardio in the am… training for about 1 hr 20 min or so and then followed by a minimum of 35 min cardio on the stair mill after every training session. This week the cardio increased on saturday and has been tapering down and will continue to do so through Friday before the show. BF test this mo…

I can’t help you src anything brother but I can definitely help you out with which compounds you should definitely take a look at using especially for a man of your size already

MENT is trestolone acetate you might know it by that name?
If not that’s ok its a super anabolic it packs on mass like you wouldn’t believe if you’re looking for that quick bulk ment or trestolone ace is definitely the route to start with this is just a bit about it

It makes estrogen go crazy so you will definitely need some exemestane or aromasin to control the estrogen.
I would run testosterone with it but how high im not really sure probably lower than usual because of the estrogen issues and because it can effect BP quickly.

I believe that starting with MENT and then going back to the andro mix of test tren mast afterwards to cut down and still gain mass is the best way especially with a time frame and the diet im sure that we don’t have to discuss I imagine that you have your diet a certain way?
