USP contacted me a while back and offered me the opportunity to run a log using there gear! They patiently waited for me to be ready, been slowly reversing out of a cut, had bloodwork taken and ready to grow!!
ROUTINE:
Was hitting everything twice week but sleep hasn’t been the best so going back to a modified Bro split until recovery improves!
40min Fasted Cardio 7 Days a week
Chest/Shoulder/triceps
Back
Arms
Shoulder/Chest
Legs
Trying to bring up everything but focusing on upper chest tricep and of coarse Legs!
NUTRITION:
I am still slowly upping calories to get the scale moving. Calories at the moment are 3,800 workout Days and 3500 on off days.
Meal1-
2 whole eggs
6 serving egg whites
120g oatmeal
40g raisins
8oz Fairlife
Meal 2,3,4
6oz 99 Ground Turkey
Olive oil
Peppers/onions
150g Jasmin Rice
1 cup broccoli
Meal 5 and 6
Option usually a mix of everything l eat, don’t typically fall of diet foods. Cheat meals will be added in once a week later on in bulk.
Snacks consist of:
Rice cakes with peanut butter
Oikios yogurt
Ninjas creami icecream
Elev8 creamy rice
Apples
Bananas
Strawberries
grapes
Calories will be increased as I see fit. I realized eating this way keeps my bloodwork looking great and I enjoy the meals I make so it’s a win win.

All USP Gear
Sustanon 500mg
Primo 400mg
Deca 300mg
Proviron 50mg split am/pm
Anavar 50mg 4 weeks split am/preworkout
Hgh-5iu before bed
Retratrutide 1.5mg a week
I’ll be getting bloodwork at week 6 and make adjustments as needed. May up dosages depending on body composition and gym performance as time goes on. Plan is to run this for 16-20 weeks as long as bloodwork allows it.
Current Weight is 220lb
Body fat ? 12-14% around there I’m guessing..

Blood Pressure 130/70
Fasted Glucose 85-90
I’m about 6-7 weeks into this log. Transferring from another forum. Going to skip some post to get this up to speed for anyone following along.
