In April I was 275, I’m at 235 right now, so in 8 months I’ve lost 40 lbs. I haven’t been crazy with my diet, I could drop faster but I made changes that I can sustain. I was gonna start a cycle when I hit 220, which will be February or March, but we’ll see how I feel, right now I still feel too heavy to run a cycle, so I don’t know how much of a difference 15lbs is gonna make. I know at 275 I felt like fucking shit.
