Starting to settle into a routine of lifting EOD, gives my body time to recover before putting more stress on it. Finding myself recovering slower and actually being sore from lifting which is very unusual, can’t remember the last time I was sore other than my legs… will never escape DOMS there. Currently maintaining weight, a slight drop as some as the water flushes out from lowering carbs. Hopefully will hear from the infusion center this week and can get back on track. Still pushing the best we can!
