Starting a log to get some information out there and hold myself accountable. Got something in the works for this winter so I’m gonna get started where I sit currently and work on becoming an efficient logger. I started this cycle June 8th so I’m late to start this log but I’m preparing so I can make a badass detailed log of my bulk. I have made a couple minor adjustments along the way but nothing serious. Goal of this cycle is to get myself lean and prepared for my bulk coming up while gaining a little muscle in the process.

Current weight is 185lbs and I'm 5'6"

Current cycle (my 2nd) is:

  • 525mg of test cyp weekly with 3 pins (Sun, Tues, Fri)
  • 360mg of EQ weekly with 3 pins (Sun, Tues, Fri)
  • 4iu of GH daily. Was doing AM/PM but switched to PM to see how I respond.
  • 1.5mg of Tirz weekly. (.5mg eod)
  • 50mg of Anavar daily. Just started gonna run 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.
  • 60mg TNE on big lift days or days I need a boost PWO (2-3 days a week)

Current supps I’m on are:

  • 5mg Cialis daily AM.
  • Fish oil 2 grams AM 2 grams PM
  • Vit D & K 125mcg D 100mcg K AM
  • Citrus berg 600mg AM and PM
  • Vit c 2000mg AM
  • Berberine 600mg AM 600mg PM
  • Liv 52.ds 2 tabs AM 2 tabs PM
  • Creatine 10g daily.
  • Hemo-thin (promusclelabs) 2 pills AM
50 grams iso whey protein post workout and as needed.

Will post some progress pics and dive deeper into my training and diet as we progress.

So first pic is the start of my cycle June 8th (no pump) and the last two are from yesterday after my workout.

Is hard…. This could transform into another job. Therefore, have fun keep us posted and enjoy your journey bro.
Yes sir, if I’m not having fun, something’s changing! Solid advice though. I see too many looking miserable as they are walking into the gym. Fuck that. If it ever comes down to that then I’ll hang my hat.

Yesterday’s push day. Taking a rest today. Legs tomm. I will post my workouts as they unfold. Tomm I have legs. I’m currently running a push, pull, legs, chest and back, arms, legs. Each day having different exercises and focusing on every body part to the best of my ability. I’ve also been spamming calves 3 sets till failure first thing 3-5 days a week to try and make these fuckers grow.

PPL is a solid and manageable choice. You’re not old, but you’re getting to a point where days off are important, even in gear.

Which means that I usually do PPL-Off-PPL-Off…. Versus the crazies that do PPLPPL-OFF

You got that 100% right! I'm learning that rest is a very important part of the equation. I have to force myself to take days off cause I want to go everyday. I've been running 6 days for the most part. Playing with things and seeing that ppl-off ppl-off is the way to go. years back i would work out 7 days a week while I was natty and running a bro split.... lots of wasted time. Oh well. You live and you learn.

That’s a lot of progress — it really looks great! Wishing you the best of luck, and the log is shaping up to be truly awesome.
Best regards,
USP

Rest is a very important thing — even when you're on cycle and can push everything three times harder :)
Without recovery, there’s no progress — the muscle simply won’t grow :)
Especially on the days following heavy sessions, like legs, rest becomes even more crucial :)
