I have to admit when I started this journey and could barely bench 135 thinking I was a little badass I thought I’d have those other 2 plates in no time… well I was dead ass wrong on the one. I’ve had a lot of ups and down and time off and injuries and just life since I started lifting around 15-16 years old but I finally got 3 plates last night. This may be small change for a lot of you guys out there but this was fucking huge for me.

3 plates on Bench is the greatest feeling ever. Keep killing it!
 
Man…Been so super long since I’ve done traditional barbell that I cannot even remember what (3) plates feels like.

Took the day off yesterday. Much needed. Cheated on my diet a little and had some tacos for one of my meals. Still landed withing my macros for the day so no complaints there.. The tacos were amazing by the way... Pull tonight..
BP this morning was 114/73.
BG was 92.

Scale was 183.4 this morning. Hopefully I can gain another few lbs before the end of the month. Cutting the EQ in a couple weeks and cleaning myself up for my up coming bulk. Plan is to cut EQ and keep the test high while it clears then drop to TRT for month and get ready for a big test and deca blast.

My quads are really starting to separate which is something that has never happened before in my life. Pretty damn excited to see that. Worked on the deadlift form last night. Trying to correct a couple things. Didn’t log any of the practice lifts but they are looking a lot better. Got a little private coaching session on them and everything came together. Thankful for the support I have.

Took the day off yesterday. Needed a break. Bout to start another 6 day run tonight. Pull day incoming. Had a weird night Tuesday. Flat bench wasn’t my greatest but by the time I hit DB incline I was rocking and ended up having a great workout. Trying to figure out what I wanna run for a split for my bulk coming up . Highly considering an upper/lower A/B split. Thoughts?

Quad separation is a sweet thing! Best thing that helped me was lots of quality leg extensions and walking lunges. I’m sure everyone has a trick for what worked for their bodies, but I do know that you cannot beat a good leg extension machine both double leg and single leg.

I have to agree with you completely on the one man. The leg extension machine is a great way to bring out definition. They kick your ass and produce great results. I carry the last bit of fat in my thighs and that I’ve cut that way down they are finally separating. Such a cool thing to watch unfold.
