Still decently strong in them im havent been able to do real squats in a 3 weeks probably try next week bench I hit 465 for 5 the other day and dead’s haven’t been able to

We did enema I took the option that didn’t involve a doctor fingering me. Like I’m not sure how that works do I then return the favor

Leg ext 130 3x15 this was humbling but then squats take some out of the quads
Leg curls 160 3x15
Incline db lat raise 50 3x12
Close leg press 4pps 3x20

Made it to destination for wedding. Got stuck in construction traffic on way up so I took advantage and ate my 14oz bone in pork chop while basically stuck. Hopefully I don’t set myself back too much tomorrow but I am going to be walking a good amount around city doing mural tour and then too and from wedding.
One of my good friends from back home. His family kind of adopted me in when I moved into the city. Used to have a running joke that the father and I made bet for his sister hand in marriage. If I beat her in 1on1 basketball we marry if she beat me I give him 1000. I should mention she played at UConn and has beat ray allen in 3 point contest at alumni event.
We never played but if she’s there tomorrow. This is second wedding they had one in Savannah and one in Cincinnati. I’ll tell her one more kid with her now husband and I’m out 3 is too many to be step father to hahaSo did you pay up..
