Love this. So much. I wish more of us would take the approach you have now, when we’re younger to take care of our bodies for a longer period of time.

I think this is such an excellent move for you and your doc. Im glad to know it pairs well with the diabetic meds. Personally I’m going to start back on metformin as well.

I think telmisartan, metformin and glutathione are a “holy grail” of longevity as they all play their role in decreasing the oxidative stress that we put on our bodies with AAS.
 
All my docs are old fellas seems like. My pcp is in his late 70’s… wife just died and is fighting cancer. Still sharp as a tack. He’s got two degrees from Duke.

Bless his heart. He called my script into the wrong pharmacy. Hahaha had to call nurse and quietly get it changed.
 
He’s the man around here. EVERYONE knows him.

When i first interviewed with him in my 30’s. The waiting room was full of some very old folks. I thought darn he,s keeping these folks alive and ambulatory he’s got something going on. He hasn’t taken any new patients in almost 10 years. His whole staff is excellent!
 
Another story from almost 20 years ago about my doc… mind you he’s a cross between dilbert and George costanza looking… my ex was/is a rn at the nearby hospital and he knew her.

When she walked out on me and my children, I immediately went to see him. After he got me straight… he looked at me and said…” you want me to have her killed…I know people…I never liked that bitch anyways”. Blahahaha he’s just too cool!
 
Alrighty folks. Here is my updated training syllabus.

I want to be part of the quad squad so I’m going to be doing a version of @Omegaman quad dominate routine once a week. I don’t have access to some of the equipment and that’s ok. I can’t do it as written anyways. I’m still planning on having a pull…lower… push day taking breaks as needed regardless of weekday. Still on the bubble with having a second lower day.

Going to lower my pushing weights (maybe)… everything else will be hypertrophy focused.

Pulling is already where I want it. Elbows and biceps are beat up so still figuring out bicep curling movements.

Pwo will be 25-50 tbol depending on tolerance.

10mg Cialis will be eod

25 Prov Will be ed

I opened my trt up to 150mg e4d to minimize pinning due to required medical stuff. I might drop that to 100mg e4d and see how that suits me.

Glutathione will be ~200mg a week.

Not sure what the telamarstan dosage is. I don’t have script from pharmacy yet.
 
Start with 25mg Tbol if you’re just beginning for a couple of weeks, then add 12.5 to that for another two weeks if tolerant, then the last two weeks try 50mg.

10mg Cialis everyday instead of every other day preferred for better health benefits

25mg proviron everyday is good and conservative

Which test esther are you using? Cyp 100mg every 4 days should keep your total and free levels within the upper range depending on the purity of the source.

Glutathion - 200mg every 3-4 days works well, I’d recommend this over once per week.

I value your advice. Way more than 2 cents. I’m using cyp. I levitated to it 15-20 years ago and just stayed there.
 
Tesamorelin you can do 2mg daily if it’s real, what is your expectations of Tesa and why are you on it? Just curious.
