Todays training already…early for me.

Posterior chain abs and neck

Multiple superset

Pull throughs with band… ab pully crunchs/palouf holds…neck.

No rest…4x 10-12

10 minute brisk walk around yard with pup.
 
Piddling around here

3 x 60# bags of mortar picking up, carrying, mixing, dispersing.

3 x 40# bags of softener salt picking up, carrying, dispersing.

10 min walk with baby girl on her bike

Exactly and I don’t care for it!

I don’t know how i used to work a full shift and go work construction on the side…squeezing in the gym.

Days gone by.
 
Ya side jobs are a thing of the past for me too. I like to enjoy life now. Cept if a fellow electrician gets like a house job on side and is paying $50 per hour cash. Then I’ll jump in here and there
 
This morning’s bp after breakfast 2 cups of coffee and several nicotine lozenges. Will check again a little later. Running a little hot. Left and right.

AND very little sleep (for me). Went to bed at 8:30…sleeping by 9ish…up at 2a…stayed up.

Agreed…Not terrible but I’m so gosh darn petrified of a heart attack or stroke…

At plant I retired from they had an initiative in the 80’s to get a bunch of folks cpr qualified and the later qualed on the defibrillators they placed around the plant.

I ised to sit through the annual refresher classes watching the scenarios on video…completely scared to death with chest pains!

On 2nd shift for years in an office with one other dude. Good kid… big ole meathead country boy.

Drill was if I’m having a heart attack… he was to call 911… carry me out the door so I could at least look up at the sky if I didn’t make it…oh yeah he could have all the cash in my wallet too.

One night at lunch he was kicked back napping and I choked on some food and hacked it up making a ruckus. Dude jumped up came across the desk getting read to fireman carry me down the stairs. Hahaha

That’s what my ex wife told our daughters… she said I’m not going to have a heart attack… I’m a carrier.
 
Whenever I drive by a grave yard I think of the fact that someday soon I’ll be there. And no more time to do something good. I think what is the most important thing for me to accomplish with my life cause when the day comes I don’t know. I want to die feeling content with my family.

Kind of…maybe placebo or I’m kind of delicate so anything makes a difference.

No negative sides at that dose so I’ll be adjusting soon.
