10-15 walk in shallow end of pool doing ovals 3-4 foot section. Had a gangley 9 year old on my back. Taking short to regular strides with exaggerated long strides.

10 min brisk walk around yard.

Walk around yard for 10 minutes without brace

I have had a few break on me over the years. Never on the pushing motions… always on some sort of pulling motion where as I get popped in the nuts or the face. I had one break and whipped around so hard it left a welt on my back…that was painful.

Im pretty cautious these days and will toss them when they start getting sketchy.

Been there and have the scars to go with it, so that’s why I cringe when I saw the tension.
 
They scare me too. Some guy on tv, my dad said, lost an eye from one breaking and popping him in the eye.
