Interesting. Thanks for answering! I haven’t seen anyone need lantus on such low dose hgh and carbs with Reta in the mix. If labs look good carry on brotha! You’re looking great!

Lantus for a diabetic is a great drug.

Lantus in bodybuilding can get messy quick to the undisciplined, and can get messy long term for the non-diabetic.

Short acting insulin (humalog) is quick and has short working window, lantus works for 12 ish hours. I have seen more than one person use lantus over a longer period of time who messed up Their insulin sensitivity over time, I’ve never seen it with log.

Personally, in my opinion, my 0.02, if you’re not using over 10+ iu of GH with a very high carb diet lantus should be left off the plan, as I’ve only seen someone need it when there was a different lever that wasn’t being pulled.

Weight was sky rocketing and was messing with my head. Dropped calories to 4,500 last 3 days, lowered Hgh to 6iu split. Monday night pissed out 9lbs lol.. Weight was 243 before bed, woke up 234.
Keeping Hgh at 6iu for now and going to increase calories back up now that I know it was just water weight.
