Body composition still pretty lean, holding alittle water, skin thicker but all and all not bad. Trying to not let it bother me, can’t miss out on the Gains!
Hit Legs Today. Felt I was running out of gas maybe didn’t eat enough yesterday since it was an off day but still beat last weeks numbers. Finished strong
