Ya. Don’t mess with the back. I lost almost all my gains from this summer on dead’s and squats cause I pushed to hard. Am also Ten years older than you but still.

I did calves yesterday. I can tell it’s been a while cuz I went LIGHT and my legs feel like rubber. It actually felt pretty good. And I took @Poppy advice and started tracking my macros. So assuming I don’t have a complete meltdown I’m at

I could really safely add a bit more protein and stay under calories. I have my bar at 2098 and my tde at 3018 so a pretty steep deficit. I just want to get this cut over with. Thanks for the help gentlemen.
