Cutting up with COVID-19

Haha, I can’t do it! After a week of mostly protein shakes regular food feels weird. I’m on the toilet right now. Haha :poop:
 
Not at all. Hopefully the gym pump is good from it.
I had
  • pancakes with syrup
  • hash browns
  • bacon
  • toast with peanut butter and jelly
  • scrambled eggs
  • orange juice
 
Man!! I feel that. I have days when I am just emotional and eat comfort food but still get in the protein. Lol. I usually would have eight margaritas if I am gonna have one though. Haha hahahahaha. I am learning it all depends on my hormones. I have to find the sweet spot to make it all fun. I had it once with NPP and test e and proviron and Anastrozole twice a week. I felt invincible. Every cycle since then has been a bunch of experiments to figure out how to make it work. If I continue to go down this road of searching for another sweet spot I may just go back to what worked the first time. It may not provide the best gains but it makes it the most fun. Just me. But I am still an amateur!!!
