Cutting up with COVID-19

SERUM HGH BLOOD WORK:
Flash just got results on some 140iu HGH he is ordering. He took one 14iu vial in his delt for the serum HGH test. He said he’s a low responder on HGH and he still got 51 on serum HGH.

The pump was so great on back/traps rear delts. I had a huge Sunday cheat breakfast, then let an Anadrol and 30mg Cialis dissolve in my mouth.
BACK:
  • 4 sets cable rows
  • 3 sets one arm cable rows
  • 4 sets tbar rows with a barbell
  • 3 sets barbell rows
  • 3 sets tbar row machine
  • 3 sets close grip pull downs
REAR DELTS:
  • 3 sets bent dumbbell lateral raises
TRAPS:
  • 3 sets dumbbell shrugs
 
Today was leg day. Diet has been flawless. Just egg whites, toast, turkey breast, rice cakes, whey protein, oats, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, peas, and carrots. I drink diet tonic water with quinine for my aches and pains too.
QUADS:
  • 4 sets hack squat machine
  • 3 sets leg extensions
    HAMS
  • 4 sets lying leg curls
  • 3 sets seated leg curls
    GLUTES
  • 3 sets butt blaster push back machine
    CALVES
  • 6 sets horizontal calf press machine

Today I trained arms with my preworkout Anadrol and Cialis. The last two days I was too busy at work to get all my meals in and it showed today because the pump was a little less than I’d like and I dropped a couple pounds. 😦
 
Well, I broke my new rule and took Anadrol 2 days in a row, and man it was a great pump! I just trained delts and traps. I was trying to break up front /middle delt and back delt/traps with my chest and back workouts but I need the gym 5 days a week more for my mind than anything. It calms my anxiety and eases depression in a big way. I’m trying not to overtrain on my delt workout because my delts ache a lot lately. Today was a nice quick workout with a real good pump which looked awesome! Body weight was 213 at the gym.
DELTS/TRAPS
  • 6 sets of dumbbell lateral raises
  • 3 sets of bent dumbbell lateral raises
  • 3 sets of front dumbbell lateral raises
  • 3 sets of dumbbell shrugs
    I still want to take Anadrol preworkout on upper body days so I guess that means I’ll use it 4 days a week as long as I don’t get that toxic, lethargic feeling again like I did from everyday use.
 
6 1/2 months of cutting:
It’s been 12 days with only one cheat meal. I almost cheated but kept my dinner to 1/2lb London broil, 2 slices sour dough toast, mustard, lettuce, tomato sandwich. Breakfast was 12 egg whites and 3 slice toast. The rest of the day has been only whey protein/oat shakes. One more shake before bed, so 4 shakes total.
 
I’m real flat today, I need a cheat meal. I notice my strength keeps dropping meaning I’m getting less and less body fat. It’s just a part of the game. The pump was great though thanks to Anadrol and Cialis. I did chest.
  • 3 sets pec deck elbows down and pushing in.
  • 3 sets elbows high on pec deck
  • 3 sets chest press with 3 different hand positions because this machine had a low grip, neutral mid grip, and a high grip. I did all 3 for giant sets.
  • 3 sets fly machine
  • 3 sets one arm upward motion cable flies for upper/inner chest
  • 3 sets inclined chest press
  • 3 sets assisted dip machine
    I’m going to have London broil steak sandwich here in awhile. It’s super lean beef.
