Checked out the gym. Place is wonderful. Better equipment, less people, heavier DB’s (up to 120’s) Only thing I’m not digging is no leg sled. They got a couple press machines that will suffice but imma miss the leg sled.

Whatever it takes. .5 Tirz and 4iu GH before bed. And 475 PR deadlift. Went up super easy. That TNE and var as PWO is something else. I forgot to add a Gatorade to my macros so I landed right at 350 carbs for the day
Pull day, still adjusting to the new gym but think I made the right call by making the switch. So far a lot less people and the crowd there for the most part are dedicated lifters. I like that shit.
