Cycle Log. (US-Pharmacies Sponsored)

So far it’s been a phenomenal cycle so far. Insane strength gains and progress. With that being said I feel my elbow wanting to act up again. Trying to be mindful of that. I think I’ve maxed my tendons and ligaments out for a minute. May run a Deload and try and let it heal. Last thing I want to do is fuck myself up and be on the injured list again. Any tips to help with this? What have you guys done in the past? I know this is common. Thank you.

Yeah bro. Tennis elbow. Got cocky last cycle and did a muscle up and they were destroyed the rest of my cycle lol cost me a lot of gains but healed them during my health phase and I can feel my right one getting ready to to go again. Tbf I’ve gone from curling 20lbs DB’s at the beginning to 40’s now so I feel like I just need to deload for a week or two and let things repair.
 
Gotcha! I am in no way an Orthopedic doctor or joint specialist, but I have had my fair share of tennis elbow and shoulder impingements.

Quickest way to heal it (If you haven’t done it more than twice before) is to find an Ortho provider or clinic willing to see you off the street and get a Corticosteroid & Lido shot. That will work quickly and heal the tears or inflammation that’s built up.

If not in a hurry…Deload, change out exercises for those that don’t aggravate the injury, strap on an elbow brace for workouts, and invest in enough TB-500 & BPC to run at least a FULL and good 8 week injury protocol.

I will likely go the TB and BPC route as my insurance is shit and won’t cover but a small percent of my DR bills… thankfully I’m hyper aware of the situation and haven’t pushed it to the point of injury again but it’s getting aggravated. I will place an order and get things going in the right direction. Good looking out bro! Greatly appreciated!

Decent workout last night. I didn’t take one picture the entire workout lol. Legs tonight. Gonna hammer food all day and get ready to kill it. Don’t forget cutting sale ends tomorrow.

Had a wonderful push day today. Eating good food and relaxing now. Pulled something in my neck a little so we will see how I feel tomm. Taking the off anyways so rest and relax till Thursday. Pulling eq at the end of the week and starting a little health phase. This cycle has been badass but it’s time to get the weight up! LFG #TeamUSP

So I tweaked my neck a little at the gym on Tuesday. Probably gonna take another day off just to make sure I don’t further injure myself. Nothing serious but it does still hurt. On a positive note my BP is in check

Well gentlemen, hired a coach. About to take this thing to the next level. Got my plan and getting ready to put everything into action. Super excited to have this opportunity. Sunday will be the end of this cycle. 12 weeks total. Snapped the fasted pic this morning.

Shoulders and arms last night, new routine, modified diet plan, went shopping last night. necks feeling better. Back in action boys.

New leg routine is badass. Legs were tight when I woke up this morning. A little peek into my new diet plan and I’m about to do my last injection for this cycle. 12 week total. Super successful. Thank you @US-pharmacies for having me along for the ride. Time for a 8 week health phase and then we are bulking!! Gonna be a badass cycle.

well this new style of training my coach has me doing is straight kicking my ass. Sore as fuck and I’m having fun. This is why I hired a coach. Foods been easy. Getting my water intake for the day has been a challenge but I’m getting close.

Day off yesterday. Bout to pin a .3 test E (225mg weekly for the next 8 weeks ) and head to the gym for shoulders and arms. Here’s what I got in store.

Shoulders and arms B day completed. Hit 12k steps yesterday. Ate 3685 calories. 337 P 360 C 107 P. Got my 2 gallons in. Feeling amazing.

Made the switch to Reta yesterday. Taking 1mg/week to see how it goes. Had to jump on the Reta hype train but will say I’m extremely impressed with how Tirz had treated me. Legs last night. This routine is badass and I killed it. Starting to get hungry again even though I’m right at 3800 calories a day. Never ate this much in my life so the fact that I’m still hungry is wild to me.
10k steps. About to pin a little USP test E and start my day! Chest and back tonight!
