So far it’s been a phenomenal cycle so far. Insane strength gains and progress. With that being said I feel my elbow wanting to act up again. Trying to be mindful of that. I think I’ve maxed my tendons and ligaments out for a minute. May run a Deload and try and let it heal. Last thing I want to do is fuck myself up and be on the injured list again. Any tips to help with this? What have you guys done in the past? I know this is common. Thank you.
