Did some curls today. Saw one of the guys that moved out to Colorado with my coach. He competed for first time in years has been dealing with back injuries so it was great to see him filling out 218 hrs an inch taller than me but he was rail thin before. Decided on doses for this upcoming cycle. 1050 test e 700 dhb 700 mast with anavar getting its last shot to do its thing.
