Trying it’s not comfortable yet. Need better flexibility and the muscles will get trained to stay tight in position over time. But right now I lose it quickly.

I got and starting 10 ius of hgh it’s been sleep city so my coach and I decided new block will start next week
 
I’m ok just don’t have my x for the rave this weekend and can’t find replacement down here. On positive note kind of. Haven’t heard back from date since Sunday, she says she hates messaging, but even though I felt it went great and we talked of meeting again I’m not freaking out about. Normally I’d be lighting her up I’ll try and call this weekend and if I don’t hear back i think I’ll be ok. It was nice just actually having a shot on the date I’m ok if they don’t want to further it from there. I just want the chance.
 
Did reverse grip bench today and man that hits triceps real good top sets of 365 for 5 having real good day off program doing different variation of everything I program so I’m good to go. Next week
 
So I. Think the higher hgh has made me sweat a bit more especially out of head I just feel like it’s a slow release. Almost like when I used to drink out it’s coming out

Sleep and well tomorrow is dead’s luckily it’s low rpe on bench I’ve barely done comp bench since meet. Motivation still low but I don’t want to skip as the chick did say she swiped on me cuae I’m big and being white helped so I should actualy do the gym part to keep being big for her

Cable flys 37.5 3x10 I’ve been just crabung the cord no attachment feels like it hits pec better

Bench 425x5 365 3x7 i said I would try new set up through this block but im scrapping it just isn’t comfortable
 
12 hours tonight then I’ll go do my deadlifts and back 12 hours Thursday and should be able to not work Friday so I can go on date indoor rock climbing. I’m thinking I’ll skip my bleeds day as indont wan to be tomfucked uo going into date
