Geek’s Test is Best Recomp

Diet preview! This is one of my main breakfasts on my plan. Also got 8k steps in on a walk. Looking forward to a nice Saturday off. 🙂 I really like including tomatoes in my meals as a vegetable choice. They go well with everything and they just need a bit of salt and pepper to taste great.

Plan looks really solid. Really like your cardio choice as low impact, longer duration definitely worked best for me to focus more on fat loss without compromising my ability to always hit the weights hard. I have a smart watch that does a ton of cool stuff that will more than cover what you need, particularly tracking your step counts, heart rate, and does a good job of estimating calories burned and your basal metabolic rate. The latter helped guide me with my caloric deficit that was through a combo of both diet and exercise. I’d also strongly agree to go slow and steady with the deficit, particularly with diet, as too fast of a drop can crash your metabolism…500-1000 calories below overall daily calorie expenditure should get you to losing 1-2 lbs per week, so you may opt for just 500 as you don’t have too much to lose to reach your goal. Good luck! Definitely following this. 👍

I actually like that style especially bulking because cals are hard to match with everything so you end up eating the same thing 4x a day usually for me in the past.
No calories can help you build a better diet you can burn the calories and eat good food without the same thing over and over

Yeh it is part of a blend. That said, I do have some mast on hand I could add to it. Based on what a lot of people here are saying, it may be a good idea for me to think about stocking up.

Hit my 8k steps again today, which is right around where I wanna keep it for now. It’s harder to get steps in on the weekdays because of scheduling limitations. Got a date with partner tonight and planning on getting some fajitas — nothing but protein and carbs! Noms.

Thinking about swapping out my generalized template for a template that’s biased towards shoulder and arm development… I’d really like to change my proportions so adding more size up top sounds appealing.
