Josh's workout log with Titan Training

Yup it’s exactly what you have in my plan… nothing is missing it’s point on… I guess what I was trying to say is I definitely am not taking just 7 pills daily like @Ironside would like to get his pill count down to, that was probably just a misunderstanding on my part, and I didn’t want to post what you have in my plans without your permission.

The food prep is very easy once you get started and keep up on it… my wife is very detailed in how she packages everything for me by meal and by day, so my fridge does get pretty full with how it’s organized, but now keep in mind i’ve got a bunch of kids also in my house so there are alot of things for them in there also so as little as what’s currently in my plan does take up more than what i’ve ate in the past (because I never did meal prep or tried being on a diet). As I go through this process im sure I’ll develop new techniques and ideas on how to consolidate and organize better, but it’s fine right now and a work in progress

Yea no top secret stuff bro lol

With prep I have my food in containers 2 for chicken and 2 for fish and 2 for steak. It takes up very little food. I pack my food for that next day in my containers (4) I eat breakfast before I leave for work and pre wo meal is a shake and post wo meal well I carry to gym with me. Just little tricks you pick up.

Yeah see all my foods are weighed and portioned now not just for today… I don’t have single containers with just chicken in it or steak it’s all done and ready to just grab and go, so maybe that’s why I say it takes up a lot of space

Get bigger containers from Walmart and put all your extra food in them and use single containers for the day. Saves a lot of room. That’s a shit load of containers for 3-5 days worth of food. Hell I’d throw my hands up lol

Also understandably it’s not top secret but I don’t want to post something that you have me doing or taking without your consent… I learned from that once and promised you I wouldn’t do it again

I could do it that way, but my wife gets OCD and would prefer for it to be all done, and just grab and go! Seriously she has all the ziplock bags labeled with weight, and the each brown bag is labeled for meal #

Well you better do what she says she will beat that ass lol.

@josh
I really enjoy reading your log brother great stuff in here.
Ive always used Tupperware type containers for meal prep. I use some ziplock bags.
Reading about the vacuum sealed bags is very interesting to me @Ironside
I have @josh gone to eat my food thinking everything is fine and poped off the top of the container and boom that smell hits you lol
Then atleast I get so pissed. You don’t want to get between me and my food lol
Thanks guys

You can always bulk cook in pans.

Get baking pans with lids and then seperate what you need daily.

Yup I bulk cook everything right now… last night I cooked off 5 pounds of chicken, turkey, 2 pounds shrimp, flank steak, 6 pound speghetti squash, 2 pounds jasmin rice, 8 sweet potatoes… the list is bigger but you get the idea lol. But after cooking it all my wife wants it all weighed and portioned… it helps to get all the cleaning done to if I do it her way!

I still use Tupperware for my breakfast which is cooked daily in the morning and then I eat that about 15 minutes after I start work…(not supposed to do that, but fuck I gotta eat)

And that smell when you pop that lid sucks when your hungry, especially at work and nothing about it you can do at the moment till break or you clock out

Man I’m tellin you guys those vacuum bags are the shit. Bulk bake, separate, vacuum seal and repack in large containers. You can just grab and go and you don’t have to worry about food waste or a bunch of seperate containers. I just put entire meals in one vacuum bag and seal it up. Grabbing breakfast and lunch has never been easier

I gotta give props to the wife for that one bro. I was doing it the same way you guys do for a long time. I’ll never go back lol

What’s your opinion on how long it keeps fresh.
Im looking at 3 days max on my Tupperware.
Do you allow food to go longer in the vacuum sealed bags?

Just an update on last workout that included these exact same exercises, total weight lifted increased by 11825lbs

Felt good today going into doing legs… definitely neglected them for a long time and never really worried about concentrating on them, and really starting to enjoy the 2 days a week im pushing them.
So as stated early all the vitamins and supps are finally in and all included in daily diet and routine now. Was really excited to see about using this EFX karbolyn… and for sure it sure feels like it did its job during and post workout…

Bro I keep chicken made up for a whole week. I make up all my foods for the whole week. Never had any issues. I’m not a big germ freak at all tho.
