6 laps in pool underwater…32 or 34 feet. Couple on top.

Floor press feet/legs straight out

135 x bunch

Add 40# chain x 3

80# c x 3

120# c x 3 x3

Strip set taking 40# c each set 3 reps… 5 reps….7 reps

YTW’s triceps superset x bunch
 
8 underwater laps and some back and forth “running “ is n the shallow end

2 there and back underwater laps

July 4th circuit

One big circuit of 20 reps each quick fast and in a hurry. 60 secs rest. Circuits took between 1:50 secs to 2 minutes

Belt squats

Lat pull downs

Banded inclined press
 
Circuit

Single leg squats x 16

Triceps push down x 12

High pulley curls x 12

YTW’s x 20

Shrugs x 16

No rest

3 rounds 60 seconds between rounds

Neck abs

3 x 34 feet underwater

3 x 68 feet underwater

Tricep extension x 12

3 rounds zero rest between everything

Abs neck biceps x bunch x 3 rounds
 
Conditioning

30 seconds heavy bag 60 seconds tmil at 3 mph x 3 rounds

Heavy Abs neck tmil x 2 rounds

Going walking with baby girl on her bike.
 
Circuit

Belt squats med/heavy/ wdeish stance x 15

Blast strap push-ups x 10

3 rounds zero rest

Couple minutes rest then

YTW’s triceps biceps x bunch x 2 rounds zero rest
