Todays stuff

10 mins on hamster wheel at 2.8. Legs are still wobbly from yesterday.

Several walks around yard with puppy trying to get her to poop…in the RAIN!
 
11 minutes fasted cardio on treadmill at O-dark thirty

Start at 2.8 then go up .1 or .2 every ~minute up to 3.6 then back down
 
Todays training all upper short and sweet

Superset V bar lat pull downs with blast strap push ups 3x12 maybe 10 seconds rest.

Superset high pulls with rows 3x12 very little rest

Bis tris abs and neck. Big circuit with no rest.

Pwo was an emergenC and a cinnamon raisin English muffin.
 
It was good so far. I suspended it a couple of weeks ago due to unavoidable circumstances. I will start again soon.

Already without drinking caffeine at night afternoon/ evening seems better for me now
