I e done reverse grip ages ago can’t remember any benefit maybe give it go tomoorw if it’s triceps. Go light at end of arm day Maybe
 
My understanding is that that reverse grip focuses more on the chest and decrease the roll played by shoulders. I personally cannot do it for shit!
 
Todays training

Pwo was black coffee emergenC and a handful of granola. Nothing else but trt and glutathione a couple of times a week.

Pull downs and rows to various points with high pully and V bar. 6x 12

High pulls (my own movement similar to kaworski rows but different) 3x12

Belt squats 3 plates first half of every set is close stance second half is wide. Several minutes rest.

Pumped these like a piston… highly motivated today. Legs are pumped
