3 plates med wide toes pointed outward. 2 second concentric with 2 second pause at the bottom of every rep. 5 x 10-12

Last set pump out 8 more after.

Single leg rear leg elevated squats with 25 lbs.

3x10 each leg.

Abs n calves

Sprint to toilet!

My son loves to joke with his friends and say “well my dad can kick your dads ass”. Of course we all know size don’t mean shit. But he has fun joking about it. He also loves when we go into school functions that I am the biggest dad there. So I gotta keep up what I have at very least. He is proud of it and makes him feel good.
 
Todays festivities

Had fasted labs first thing.

Bench press with cambered ladder bar. Farthest outside handles. Ywo wheels and 40lbs chain. From 2 inch deficit. 4x5. No chain different spaced grips x 20 or so.

Dips 2x 12 tricep focused

YTW’s shrugs abs triceps push downs face pulls x bunch x bunch

Trained with readers on my head the whole time. What a goober.

Rows with same bar 4x10-14

High pulls and stiff arm lat push downs superset 3x12

Biceps x some

Front squats
225 x 5, 8, 8 strip down to 175 then 8 more.

Single leg rear foot elevated x some

Abs calves neck.

Lat pull downs with V bar

4x10-12

Superset V bar rows with high pull shrugs 4x10-12

Abs neck biceps

10 minute very brisk walk
