Doing good putting them at end of leg and back day May donsowmmtoday just to get in gym

Is correct word I just kind of do theming all the way when I do them good or bad
 
Yes maybe.like right now being single instead of just trying to meet one owraibim already trying to get multiple woman to sleep with me and I don’t even have time
For more than one. Also tow of them I work with in different shifts.

Todays gettyup

45 degree hyperextensions glute specific. First 8 reps of every set with 25lbs…last 4 reps with no weight and a static hold at top. 3x12

Leg curls with band 3 x 12

Abs between every set.

Cardio…40 gazillion trips up and down a 20’ extension ladder painting 2nd story shutters.
