He was cutting for a bit but he is going for more muscle now

Well poppy you’re the one who got on me about the log and bigmurph got me started in the first place. I’d love to take credit though. Hell if I could motivate myself I probably wouldn’t be on here in the first place. Aside from the witty banter lol.
 
No cardio aside from 5 minutes warm up on elliptical. Then Db deadifts leg ext leg curls and calf raises. Did traps after chores tonight. For some reason I was hungry as hell today. Should have come in right around maintenance though.

I believe that you are going to start growing faster coming out of the deficit.
How is it being able to eat more again? You really don’t know until you have cut how much food is really so good lol
 
I’m already feeling better adding some calories. The challenge will be adding some solid tissue and not fluff but I will keep tracking and keeping the calories clean. I had over 200 grams of carbs last night and I feel great today. Not planning on running carbs that high but it was great yesterday.
 
Refeed once a week brother it really does help you feel better and have energy but also allows the body not to enter starvation mode it keeps you getting lean while gaining mass.
 
Weighed 290. Work and as slow past two nights too much too me to sit and do nothing g and look for snacks hahah
 
Only 5.4 miles fasted walking this morning. No weights today.
