Got home and did Db curl/ Db skulls superset. 140 total reps. Scale seems stuck at 220 for 2 weeks though I’ve been in a deficit. I’m getting pretty serious hunger if I go under 1800 calories but I think I may need to to get off this last 20 lbs…

Well shoot. Had a complete Effin meltdown in the middle of the night! Woke up and ate 6 piece of my wife’s chocolate and the rest of the ice cream. Pretty pathetic. I don’t know why but I’m struggling with this cut lately.
Brother I thought I was doing so good that I got on the scale the other day which I have avoided this entire time and I wasn’t very happy with what it told me and I had to report to the wife that the scale broke I need to buy a new one.
I destroyed it I was so upset honestly.
Im joining a boxing gym to hopefully get me doing better.
