All is well @Bigmurph just putting in the overtime. Getting ready for a new training push. I’m thinking once I get down to about 200 bringing calories back to maintenance And trying to rebuild strength after the cut. Not going to try to pack it on quickly just steady gains. Going in for labs tomorrow. A little concerned about lipids. Maybe elevated liver enzymes. Also want to make sure ai is dialed in. I’ll post blood work as soon as I get it.
Well had to reschedule labs. My daughter and the new grandson came up for a visit. Ate clean all day did a solid pull workout. Then ate a medium meat pizza to myself. Kids wanted pizza. In for a penny in for a pound. That’s ok it’s been a bit since I’ve had a refeed. Going to start adding around 200 calories a day. Still under tde but only a slight deficit. Kind of hoping for a recomp effect. Just a little experiment to see if I can reverse the downward trend in strength. I’ll still be tracking of course. Well off to work gentlemen.
