I find people’s training logs most interesting? Everyone has a journey and a reason for their journey.
 
I do to. I’m always curious to see what other people do for routines, supplements they use and they’re reasons for it.
 
Thanks for asking poppy. I have been putting in a lot of OT. Things have been crazy at work. The good news is I’m down to about 210 now!! I’m going to start the log back up very soon. Missed you guys here at Ugmuscle. Hey congratulations again on getting the forum mod.
 
All is well @Bigmurph just putting in the overtime. Getting ready for a new training push. I’m thinking once I get down to about 200 bringing calories back to maintenance And trying to rebuild strength after the cut. Not going to try to pack it on quickly just steady gains. Hope everything is good with everyone here at ugmuscle.

I think that is a great idea honestly 200lb from the pictures ive seen you will look good and then you just gotta add on the polish lol

Going in for labs tomorrow. A little concerned about lipids. Maybe elevated liver enzymes. Also want to make sure ai is dialed in. I’ll post blood work as soon as I get it.
 
Well had to reschedule labs. My daughter and the new grandson came up for a visit. Ate clean all day did a solid pull workout. Then ate a medium meat pizza to myself. Kids wanted pizza. In for a penny in for a pound. That’s ok it’s been a bit since I’ve had a refeed. Going to start adding around 200 calories a day. Still under tde but only a slight deficit. Kind of hoping for a recomp effect. Just a little experiment to see if I can reverse the downward trend in strength. I’ll still be tracking of course. Well off to work gentlemen. Hope everyone has a good day.

Lol it happens its a refeed it will help you continue to lose weight. Refeeds are important when cutting.

I believe that adding calories will give you more to work with in the gym eat good train hard and you will definitely build muscle.
 
Perfect brother Im glad you can’t sweat a pizza ive had cheat days lol not meals lol it happens 😅

Im glad that you had a great time with the two little ones i guess one is medium lol
