Well I didn’t skip leg day but it was one of those days you got no energy. Actually think that whopper made me feel like shit. Karma.
Db front squats only used 20s for 6 sets of 8. Focused on my form and just trying to get mind muscle going. Nice ROM. Db lunges 2x10
Sumo squats 40 for 3 sets of 10. Things started going down hill from there. Tried leg extension but heard grinding. No pain so I’m assuming crepitus, but better safe than sorry. Did 4x10 calf raises then called it a day. Well every day can’t be a pr. It is a non linear journey. I’m thinking I need a rest day. I did do 45 minutes of fasted cardio right before the workout so that’s probably part of it.
