I am now the owner of a medicare PIN. I turn 65 in 60 days. I’m going to start the most boring log ever.

Current stats:

Height 69”
BW 178
I have several medical issues I will get to at a later date. Hahaha
All of my sauce comes from @platnimumpharm. I will list those later also.
I’m currently on a full body template 2-3 days a week depending on what I have going on around the house.

More to come later. My arthritis is kicking and I can’t text anymore.

Current training philosophy:

I’m treating my training as a means to an end. I’m not a bodybuilder (not enough discipline). My last Pling meet(s) was over a year ago, before that was about 20 years.

My template is designed for time efficiency, injury prevention, some strength, some conditioning and some “size”.

I do mostly super/giant sets aka circuit training.

My big lower movements are belt squats, 45 degree hypers, single leg rear foot elevated squats and high rep body squats with a slosh pipe.

Big upper push movements are regular pushups, blast strap pushups.

Big upper pull movements are pull downs, rows and shrugs.

Accessory movements are curls (many variations), triceps push downs (many variations), delt YTWS, abs every day.

That’s basically it. I will mix and match depending on what I’m currently doing around the house. I’m constantly tearing something apart and making it it bigger “better” and odd. I welded a carriage and cut a hole in the garage ceiling, reframed it and fabricated a winch elevator so wifey doesn’t need me help load unload holiday decorations from attic.

More to come.

I’ve got many aches and pains AND take on age inappropriate tasks around here soooo I temper my training with a bit of common sense and regulate sessions around my hair brain ideas.

Last training session was 7-14

Warm-up:
Carry/cut/secure very wet 2x10x16’ long pressure treated lumber around the bulkhead surrounding our pool. Cut up old lumber (removed last weekend) and carry to burn pile. Heat in eastern NC 90’s with extreme humidity.

Rest for an hour rehydrated

Circuit 3 sets of 10-14 no rest between sets
Medium weight pull downs, rows
Single leg rear foot elevated squats
Light delts ytws
30-60 seconds between rounds

Medium triceps push downs
Light biceps
Heavyish ab crunches
Same sets and rest

Rest for an hour rehydrate
Cut and trimmed yard

Contemplating going to the gym in a bit

Today’s quick and dirty

Pushups on one of those pedestrian thingey’s I got for a gift. The one where you change the handle positions. 25 reps

45 degree hypers 12 reps

Heavy ab crunches 12-20 reps

No rest… 3 nonstop rounds

Rest a couple of minutes

Wide stance Squats with slosh pipe for one set a few reps shy of failure.

Prewo
Cup black coffee
20mgs Cialis
10mgs Superdrol

Slosh pipe:
6 inch pvc 5 foot long filled 2/3 with water.

It’s not real heavy. Hold in a zercher position.

Its extremely unstable and helps my stability. I’ve got/had severe nerve damage in my legs which rendered me unable to walk for a week a couple years ago…led to drop foot which was dragging my left foot. That lasted for a year. My calves are permanently atrophied. My quads and glutes are coming back slowly. Im still wobbly and walk a little funny.

My usual ped protocol which is minimal

All @platnimumpharm

Test cyp 250-400 @week split between one or two doses depending on my laziness

Mast e 100-200 @week on and off throughout the year

Superdrol 10mgs pre workout usually 8-12 weeks on and equal time or more off.

HGH 2-4 ius Monday through Friday. I haven’t dosed this in 5 or 6 months for no particular reason other than laziness. I have some stashed and will get back on it. Daily injections are aggravating to me. I am already dosing scripted insulin every eff’n day for my beetes.
