Cutting up with COVID-19

I know winstrol intimidates people but, man, the results from winstrol with tbol are quick. Strength is going up fast! I just have to be smart and limit it to two months for fear of injuries.
Two months on tren was my limit. I felt like dog shit the last two weeks on it. It’s amazing stuff but toxic for my old ass.
Sustanon and NPP feel the safest for my old body. They’re perfect to cruise on.
 
LEG DAY
  • 5 sets seated leg press
  • 3 sets seated hack squat machine
  • 4 sets seated leg curls with a double drop set on set #4
  • 6 sets seated calf press
  • 20 minutes on the recombinant bike
About to make lunch.
  • 1/2Lb fat free ground turkey breast
  • 1/2Lb yam
  • Fat free Greek yogurt on the yam which tastes like sour cream but has 18 grams of protein and no fat.
 
Might look like slop but it tastes great!

Today, I nailed the post workout meal.
It was the same 1/2Lb fat free ground turkey breast, 1/2Lb yam covered with fat free Greek yogurt, but I added a bunch of Herdez salsa verde. It really made a difference!!!😀
