Cutting up with COVID-19

Man, another real good pump with veins everywhere! The muscle fullness makes it fun to look in the mirror. I guess 30mg is my dose but I won’t use it on leg day because I don’t care about them so much, only care about freaky calves and a round butt for the ladies.
If I didn’t have nerve damage and destroyed knees I’d care more.
 
I’m wondering if the 14 rice cakes I’m eating per day are helping me look so full lately. I did have no sodium in my diet other than salsa on my morning egg whites. Each rice cakes has 35mg sodium which is very low but something is making me look a lot better this week. My body weight was 217Lbs today so I’m not dropping weight.
 
I just learned something new about the HGH secretagogue, MK-677. We all know it raises HGH and IGF-1, but I had no idea it raised testosterone to higher levels than TRT. Check out this table. It raised testosterone from a baseline of 526 to 1,326, and FREE TESTOSTERONE from 12.9 to 36.6.
I also read it doubled REM sleep so I took 25mg last night and my sleep felt different. I still toss and turn non stop, I have for many years, but my dreams were more positive instead of the usual nightmares I have every night, and I feel more refreshed this morning. The first day of MK-677 use raises HGH super high. The following days are when IGF-1 goes up which leads to lethargia. I’ll use it sparingly, not every night for these reasons, and also because it elevates blood glucose levels which I need to avoid since diabetes runs in my family and I was prediabetic when I used MK-677 daily long term.

Today I took an Anadrol preworkout with 30mg Cialis, and 25mg MK-677 before bed last night. I think I can get away with using anandrol and MK-677 a couple times a week without issues. Any more and I know I’ll feel like crap! Both make me feel like a zombie if I use them too often!
Today’s back workout had me looking so full and pumped!
BACK/TRAPS/ABS:
  • 6 sets barbell rows
  • 3 sets cable rows
  • 3 sets one arm cable rows
  • 3 sets machine TBAR rows
  • 1 set wide grip machine rows
  • 3 sets hammer strength rows
  • 3 sets TBAR rows with a barbell
  • 3 sets dumbbell shrugs
  • 3 sets rope crunches

No caffeine lately.
Nootropics all need to be used sparingly because regardless of what anyone says, they have withdrawal sides if you use them all the time. But, the same can be said about coffee and caffeine.
