Cutting up with COVID-19

I’m wiped out after legs. I don’t think I could have a good workout after legs if I try to train another muscle.
 
When I was young I had a workout partner who liked doing back and hams together. I puked doing that with him and never did it again. Haha 🤣
 
Dam i haven’t had a partner in years i asks for spots currently doing 90lb dumbells what a fuxken increase… im leaning up …even the lady said my head lost weight…besides the training…Flash for life man
 
That’s kind of how I do especially doing three Legs days kind of ones a back day with legs mixed in
 
I only used it a couple days. I tried a lot of different things this year but I think test and deca is the way to go for my old body.
I took massive doses of everything for many years. It seems like everything I try now makes me feel toxic except test and deca. MK-677 is great but I end up with very high fasted glucose levels which I need to avoid since diabetes runs in my family.
 
Ok will give it a go I think and let the board know how it is honestly I was feeling 25 mg of mk 677 a day more than 2 ius so will see how this goes probably start in 2 weeks
