I try to only cheat on sundays.
Meal 1: 12 egg whites and 3 slices dry toast
Meal 2: 2 scoops whey protein and 2/3 cup oats
Meal 3: 1/2 pound extra lean ground Turkey breast, 2 cups rice, veggies
Meal 4:,same protein shake
Meal 5: same as last turkey meal
Meal 6: same protein shake
Sometimes I have a roast beef sandwich with the extra lean London broil on 2 slices toast with mustard, lettuce, and tomatoes.
