Cutting up with COVID-19

I prefer free weight but yeah you can use the cables and do alot with the ez bar it gives you the different hand positioning that you can’t just get from a straight bar and you gotta love that feeling
 
Today’s Workout:

CHEST, plus 1 triceps exercise:

- 4 sets inclined chest press

- 3 sets fly machine elbows up

- 3 sets flat chest press

- 3 sets assisted dips

- 3 sets pec deck elbows down

- 3 sets dumbbell kick backs for tris
 
Gay international chest day all the followers do chest day today cause that’s what people say to do you know what I did carried bundles a shingles up to a roof, bitch work so fuck your chest day.
 
I help a buddy do roofing once and a while. I do a bundle at a time 80 pounds. I’ve seen these little Mexican guys doing two at a time so I tried it once. I got to the top of the ladder with two bundles and barely made it off the last rung. Hahahahaha. Needless to say it was one bundle at a time after that. @Bigmurph @John

Up to customers. Glad I don’t fuck with that shit anymore. This job I have now is pretty gravy. If hired on to actual company will make better pay than any of previous jobs on the hour. I think had I not fucked my self at last place with the bonuses it would be close
