Squats 525x4 465x6 435x8 top set sucked wanted 5 but just could barely get 4 the other two felt greT

Leg press closed legs 9pps 3x12 I got on guy elsewhere for not going deep enough so I had to not just talk about but be about it these I could barely get 12 rep on last set

Standing leg curls 120 3x12

Good girls full stack 3 fail

Can definitely see the pump in your legs this time nice.
 
Dip belt came in mail today and even though they said it would fit me it didn’t so now I got to return it and look for something that is big enough I’m guessing elite or one of the bigger more expensive brands will have one

M sh pr 155 13,10, 9
Side delt machine 185 3x12 last set drop

Dl 545x5 and that was it I need to have use of legs and lower back tonight.
Lat pd usig. Single handles -110 3x10 tried 130 aka full stack and got 5 so went back down to 110
Rear delt rows 190 3x15
Incline curls 30 3x20-17
Db rows 115 3x12
Fp 40 3xfail
Cable behind head curls 20 3x12

Hey is there really that much emphasis on the side Delts behind the neck shoulder press. I just feel like that movement would engage The fronts more than the sides the internet says the sides

That’s still goig to bad the front deltas as major mover. It may activate the side delts slightly more but what it probably does more than anything is takes the upper chest out of it more

Going to have to deduct some points for that back of yours.... Needs more fur
 
Supposed to work 12-4 tonight so may go do some cardio before goig in didn’t really eat much yesterday and was 291 today so depleted of glygcogen going add just a little bit more carbs today but not go crazy with a cheat

I was just thinking that like. When I’m done with 8 weeks of tren I’m trying to think of what I want to use at that point maybe just test mast and an oral for the last 5 weeks. Then a few weeks of test only and well we may have to get 5ml syringes becuase if I keep the glutathione im going to need more room. Or just inject in weird places like pics and Cavs but I’ll need a full 3ml for just the fun stuff

I inject glut into my lats and pecs. Save the good spots for oils.

On the BB side of things the general consensus is the best growth happens after you’re as lean as possible. Insulin sensitivity is high, digestion is usually better, inflammation is lower, etc.

Primes the body to absorb all the food to grow.

So I was on the right path of thinking of using different place for gluten injection. But to order more single ml syringes

For me…. I mix my glutathione and gh in same syringe and inject subq in my upper body area. Basically my abdomen as far around as I can reach (love handle area). I’m getting pretty lean so im losing alot of meat in those areas.
