It’s nice to be back to loading 🙂 got a great pump today.
 
I take 1000mg of the extended release tablets per day in the morning rn while I acclimate to it. Recommended dosage for physique enhancing purposes is 2000mg; one in the morning, one in the evening.

The idea behind the Metformin is that it sensitizes your muscle cells, specifically, to insulin. It does NOT sensitize your fat cells. This means your nutrient partitioning will be optimized for directing nutrients into your muscles, making it an ideal cutting or recomp agent.

Metformin blunts natural testosterone production and as such should only be taken on cycle for physique enhancing purposes. There are also some side effects that come down to discomfort — some people experience a couple weeks of severe diarrhea, other people have to put up with constipation for a week or two and your urine and poop will have a distinctive “Metformin” smell throughout. Metformin is also known to reduce circulating levels of IGF-1, although in practice users find it doesn’t really hinder their gains.

The ideal way to take Metformin is alongside HGH and steroids. This mimics the combination of insulin/steroids/HGH that the pros use to get huge but without any of that dangerous monkeying around with insulin.

I didn’t discover this stuff until relatively recently. I’m thinking it’s going to be a staple in my future cycles if it delivers the goods. It’s also super inexpensive.

It also increases mitochondrial replication through a secondary pathway, which is a huge game changer in the anti aging front.

The more mitochondria the more Efficient the cell, more mitochondria results in more NMN, which leads to healthier genetic code longer.

Metformin is good stuff.

In studies of top performing athletes there does show a decrease in performance metrics after taking it but the general user doesn’t seem to have to same complaint.
