Progress Report
I’d say recompostion is definitely happening according to these stats. I’m really excited about this. It means what I’m doing is working and I’m continuing to lose fat while maintaining weight.
That said, I have been a bit on the hungry side this week. I wanna both make sure I’m recovered from my diet and see if I can push the envelope a bit. Therefore, I instructed app to do a moderate increase to my macros. I’ve been keeping my macros steady at 205p60f180c (on workout days) for the past 40 some odd days. This change will move me up to 205p60f295c.
This should help keep the cravings at bay and also give me a chance to optimize. If my BF keeps going down, that’s great but I’m hoping to also see the difference show up in muscle mass.
There’s a lot of good news here. Let’s see if I can make even more happen going into the final metabolite focused meso cycle before my 4 week long resensitization meso.
The metabolite meso I expect to be pretty different and difficult. Supposedly it’s a purely pump focused meso cycle, with high rep counts, lower weights and short rest times. To get the most of it and the subsequent deload, I’ll be adding the
arachidonic acid supplement to my stack to increase the burn. I’ll be using this only during the metabolite meso and the resensitization meso.
This should enable me to continue enjoy gains during the metabolite meso and even during the resensitization meso, when I should experience supercompensation from my high volume. On top of that it will help refresh my muscles to prepare them for the next macro cycle.
