Was so pooped when I got to biceps that my hammer curls went down but intensity was still high.
 
That’s the issue with dosing bis o pull and tris in back days is you usually wait to till end and the don’t get the work they really need. When I went to seperate day for arm bro split I got some great growth. Maybe some
Thing to look into if gains become stagnant there.
 
This is the only day this has happened — probably because intensity was so high on the other exercises. Normally I get to the end fine, but peak week is supposed to beat ya up.
 
Do you use straps for back work. If not I recommend it easier to take the biceps out of work also let’s your muscles be the weak point not grips
 
I knew you did when I typed it. Almost edited saying I bet you have those. Thought of getting a pair but I’m frugal and my cheap ass straps work fine for me. Now when they go I’ll probably oook more Into something like those so I don’t have to wrap shit
