This is the only day this has happened — probably because intensity was so high on the other exercises. Normally I get to the end fine, but peak week is supposed to beat ya up.
On average the last couple weeks of the meso are 2 hours and change. Leg days are the longest — both were 3 hours even. First couple weeks are less than an hour. Middle 2 weeks are hour and change.
