Yes I have some really bad stomach problems that started. I actually was going days without eating for awhile I haven’t eaten properly still sense this happened I tried and it didn’t go well but I am feeling better and better except my energy and stomach. Soon enough they will get better hopefully the medication says treat not cure so will see how much better it actually gets

Right on I did legs and also am not great well they aren’t I almost fell leaving gym

So yesterday was a really bad day

no food

Got 5hrs sleep which was good

Missed training

Today this is the plan again

Today will be legs

Leg extensions both ways front and reverse
Dumbell squats
Calf raises weighted

Food im going to try an egg and then hopefully eat some more afterwards.
Possibly a bagel might be better but I want to get protein. Egg on a bagel is what im going to try I believe I can eat atleast some of it

I got your back brother. I have been there, catastrophic back injury, divorce, you name it. It can wreck your motivation and energy. I think that routine is better than motivation sometimes. Just knowing this is what I am going to do and making yourself go do it. Motivation waxes and wanes, but routine is always the same. I think/hope eating will help some with energy. You will get there, but sometimes you just have to plow through the shitty times until it gets better- and it will. Stay strong, we are behind you.

Not exactly but that’s were im heading if I don’t get my ass in gear
