I got your back brother. I have been there, catastrophic back injury, divorce, you name it. It can wreck your motivation and energy. I think that routine is better than motivation sometimes. Just knowing this is what I am going to do and making yourself go do it. Motivation waxes and wanes, but routine is always the same. I think/hope eating will help some with energy. You will get there, but sometimes you just have to plow through the shitty times until it gets better- and it will. Stay strong, we are behind you.
