That’s very much appreciated and that’s it time is what its going to take im not well yet but trying to keep training through this or im afraid that I will stop completely.
We all go through shit that’s why im treating this like an injury it has set me way back but I will be able to come back once I get my health back.

Fojg your best is all you can do. Guy had me spit him yesterday at gym with 225 on squats. First time he had squared in months do you hip injury. He said he felt embarrassed. I told him nothings embarrassing. As long as you are grueling doing what you can the gym and a just a comparison with one self not anybody else. Comps and meets are different but even there I view it if you are going in th e best you at that time you are winning. Just keep improving one self and it’s fucking great
 
I agree 100% brother I would have other exercises planned but I have trouble getting the weights racked to set up lifts and those were the easiest exercises that I can put together and yesterday I couldn’t even do that today I will I ate a bagel earlier so I ate something today that’s a big plus yesterday I ate nothing so I need my strength and energy to come back. I believe that it is the lack of nutrition but my stomach has issues and the docs meds don’t really help I have also not gotten sleep.

I’d imagine with elastic bands, you could get creative with, and would be easier to setup and use all around, have you thought about starting with that?
 
Actually no I didn’t even think about using bands because the wife does but I can add them up plus I have one strong one I was using for assisted pull-ups

Hahahah this got me to bust out. My friend says always tells people about me I shoot straight but the arrow is curved. He constant ask if I’m sure I’m not interested in men. He’s bi so he thinks most others are as well
 
Yep hell I’m killing myself today for not going to doctor Monday for issue could have already known results and been in proper protocol for healing

Slept 6hrs hell yeah 😎

Yesterday late night actually ate a piece of chicken breast and a little white rice. HELL YEAH!!!

My stomach is killing me but besides that feel somewhat rested which is great.

Leg extensions both ways front and reverse
Dumbell squats
Calf raises weighted
