My Unicorn strongman log

Ok cool, yeah you wouldn’t think there was that much of a difference in side effects from 400 to 500. I ran 400 for 12 weeks with no issues and perfect results last cycle. Didn’t even have to use a AI. But I’m curious on what the blood will show this time.
 
Oh for sure, my wife is a NP so I basically live with a doctor and she won’t let me get too out of hand lol. Once we get done with kids, she will be my sponsor!
 
A little late today but I have been swamped with work and training.

Today was deadlifts sets of 3 starting with 460 to 560 40lbs jumps

Bulgarian split squats 4x10 with 45lb DB
front carry yoke (zercher style) 5x100ft with 310 lbs

Nordic curls 4x10 or until death
Weighted planks with 45lb plate. 4x45 sec

Didn’t get as much food as I wanted in today but will make up for it tomorrow. Legs are a bit sore lol. Pin in the morning
 
Started off this morning with a smooth pin of unicorn test cyp and a hefty breakfast. So far no PIP but it does sit in a small lump that last for a couple days. Probably just the way my body handles the carrier oils. Starting to feel the effects in recovery and starting to see small increases in the gym.

Legs were still shot from yesterday so I worked on Continental cleans up to 3x3 with 300

Then front squats up to 3x3 with 385 and 405 final set. Then a bunch of pull ups and accessories to end it. Time to eat
 
Today we did a strongman day with a group of friends. We set up a deadlift ladder and went from 495, 585, 635, 675 and 715 in 5 lifts. It’s a combo of strength and cardio. Then worked on some more log presses and sandbag carries. Best part was food afterwards. 18 boneless wings and a meatloaf sandwich! Starting to feel the effects from test and starting to get that Superman feeling. Next pin is Monday morning which is start of week 4.
 
Dealing with work and life has been busy this week. I meant to post yesterday but I ended up moving my workout to today. I pinned on Monday morning and it was very smooth. The lumps I was having are starting to go down faster than before. I’m feeling good and starting to get the confidence boost it brings with it.

Strict log press. 225x3. 255x3. 275x2
Incline bench short stroke reps 250 4x10
Pendlay rows 405 3x10
Tricep pull downs full stack for 5x15
Delt flys 5x15
 
I have a coach and a nutritionist that keep me in line. I’m not allowed to go off program for that exact reason. I’m sure I would resort back to the bro mentality and just lift to heavy and push it everyday and end up injured if left to my own devices.
